Shipping and Returns

It is our constant endeavor to deliver your purchased products with good packaging within the committed time frame. However, shipment deliveries may at times be affected due to unavoidable circumstances. Most orders are dispatched to the address specified within 3 working days or as per delivery date mentioned by you during placing the order and are delivered within 7 to 8 working days.

In the unfortunate event of you receiving a damaged, tampered or spoiled product, please take a photograph of the product and leave a message with through the contact form. Please ensure to keep the original product tag and packing intact for refund / replacement. We will be unable to accept any refund / replacement request if the above conditions are not met. We will not be liable to any replacement / refunds in case of delayed delivery due to incorrect / incomplete address, door locked during delivery, calls not answered or request for an alternate delivery date.



The fruits are harvested by farmers based on your orders. Once harvested, these fruits cannot be returned back to the trees. Hence as a policy, orders once placed and paid for will not be cancelled. We may, at our sole discretion, consider postponement of your order delivery, provided we have received a notification well in advance and it is operationally feasible to do so.
